Wow, looks like the North Carolina GOP is going to run their anti-Obama ad after all, the one John McCain told them not to run in a very stern and disapproving e-mail. What a tremendous surprise boy am I ever shocked. There's been a bunch of speculation as to what the NC GOP is "really" up to in wanting to run the ad, like, do they really want to help HRC, or is the whole shitbang really about the governor's race, and so on. Housekeeping Princess is having her friends over for a slumber party tonight. A week ago when we first planned this, I went into a slight panic at the state of the house. Things have piled up over the winter. Yes, we were supposed to clean during spring break, but we had no real incentive. A birthday party is a real incentive! So I worked, and got tired, and got behind on blogging, and as the week went by I realized that not as many girls are coming as I thought, and those who are have been

A great video retrospective that’s not from GameTrailers! I know, who knew that GameTap could do such a great job. There may be some minor quibbles along the way (yes, they do get some facts wrong/skip over titles), but overall, this is definitely worth a watch. Click the link below to check it out. Video here (note to GameTap - get an embeddable video player!) Via N4G

By Kevin Whitelaw US News & World Report April 21, 2008 … Last December, Zawahiri invited supporters of the terrorist group to log on to several password-protected jihadist online forums and send questions to him, and his first set of answers presented another opportunity to analyze his words. But he also unwittingly provided a glimpse into some of the issues that al Qaeda supporters and sympathizers are thinking a
